Trial, cancellation, AI credits — the plain answers.

Three plans, set up so most servers fit on Free for as long as they want, and the paid tiers unlock genuinely useful headroom:

• Free — 1 server, 3 custom commands per guild, 5 AI credits per day, 7 days of analytics retention.
• Pro · €5/month — 15 servers, 25 custom commands per guild, 50 AI credits per day, 30 days of analytics, tickets, reaction roles, giveaways, temp voice, stat channels.
• Agency · €10/month — Unlimited servers and commands, 200 AI credits per day, 90 days of analytics. For people running multiple communities.

One-shot, 7-day, no card on file. Click "Start 7-day Pro trial" in the dashboard; your account is upgraded to Pro instantly. We'll email you twice during the trial — at 2 days left and at 1 day left — so you have time to decide.

When the trial ends, if you haven't subscribed, your account drops back to Free automatically. Nothing is charged. Anything you configured during the trial stays configured; quotas just tighten to the Free tier.

From Dashboard → Billing, click Manage subscription. That opens Stripe's customer portal, where you can cancel with one click. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep Pro access until then, no pro-rated trickery.

You can also re-activate from the same portal if you change your mind before the period ends.

Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. When you cross the boundary, Nexus enforces the new plan's quotas:

• Servers above the new limit stop receiving paid-tier features (Nexus stays installed; it just refuses to act on Pro-gated commands).
• Custom commands above the new per-guild cap are kept on disk but disabled — you keep your work, you just can't run them until you upgrade or delete some.
• AI credits drop to the new tier's daily allowance immediately at the next 18:00 Paris refill.

We don't offer refunds by default — that's what the trial is for. Three exceptions:

• Charged after canceling. Stripe occasionally double-bills around renewal edges; if that happens, we refund the duplicate without asking.
• Charged for a renewal you didn't realize was happening (no reminder email landed because your provider trashed it as spam). Email us within 7 days of the charge with the invoice ID — we refund it.
• Service unavailable for more than 24h (rare — see our changelog for any incident history). Pro-rated refund for the affected period.

Each AI Command Builder generation costs 1 credit. Visual builder edits are free. Credits refill daily at 18:00 Europe/Paris — your balance is topped up to your plan's daily allowance, but any excess from credit packs is preserved.

Server boosters of the official Nexus Discord get a 1.5× daily allowance multiplier (Free → 7/day, Pro → 75/day, Agency → 300/day). The bonus stays as long as you're boosting.

Share your invite link from Dashboard → Referrals. When a friend signs up and links their Discord, you both get 30 days of Pro on top of any existing time. No cap, stackable — invite three friends, get 90 days.
