Terms of Service.

The Service allows you to:

• Create a Nexus account with email and password.
• Optionally enable two-factor authentication.
• Link a Discord account via OAuth to operate the bot on your behalf.
• Generate Commands from natural-language prompts.
• Edit, test, and deploy those Commands to Discord servers you manage.

The Service is delivered "as is" and continuously evolves. Features may be added, modified, or retired; we will give reasonable advance notice for any material change.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country to use Discord). Where local law sets a higher digital-consent age, that higher age applies. If you create an account on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

Sign-in relies on your email address and a password you choose. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity performed from your account. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication from the profile page.

Connecting a Discord account is optional but required to operate the bot. By linking, you authorize Nexus to act on your behalf within the scopes you grant. You can unlink at any time from the profile page, which revokes the associated tokens.

You agree to provide accurate information when you register and to keep your account details up to date. Fraud, impersonation, or providing false information may result in suspension or termination.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

This license does not transfer any ownership of the Service, its source code, its brand, or its editorial content.

You retain full ownership of the prompts, Commands, and configurations you create through Nexus ("User Content").

You grant us a limited license strictly needed to operate the Service: store, process, transmit to Discord, and display it in your dashboard. We do not sell your User Content and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

By default, your prompts are not used to train AI models. If opt-in training is ever introduced, the choice will be yours and revocable at any time.

The Service, its brand, its logo, its interface, its source code, and its documentation are our exclusive property or that of our licensors, and are protected by intellectual-property law.

Any reproduction, modification, reverse engineering, decompilation, or distribution not expressly authorized is prohibited.

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination:

• Any use that violates Discord's Terms of Service or applicable law.
• Distributing illegal, hateful, or infringing content, or content sexually exploiting minors.
• Automating attacks (spam, raids, abusive scraping, floods) against Discord or any third party.
• Attempting to bypass rate limits, reverse-engineer the Service, or access resources you are not authorized to.
• Reselling or sublicensing the Service without prior written agreement.
• Using the AI engine to generate content that violates applicable laws or infringes third-party rights.
• Sharing your account credentials or letting others use your account without authorization.

You can delete your account at any time from the profile page. Deletion removes your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access without notice in case of material breach of these Terms, fraud, unlawful activity, a security risk to the Service or to other users, or upon request by a competent authority.

After termination, your personal data is deleted in accordance with the retention schedule set out in the Privacy Policy. Certain audit logs may be retained for up to 90 days for security purposes.

We do our best to provide an available, fast, and secure service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. The bot relies in part on third-party APIs (Discord, AI providers, our email provider) over which we have no direct control.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• We do not guarantee the AI's output is always accurate, relevant, or exhaustive.
• You are responsible for reviewing each Command before deploying it to production.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you, for any and all claims combined, is limited to the amount (if any) you have actually paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The Service is currently offered free of charge.

We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, loss of customers, loss of data, or reputational harm arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law (gross negligence, wilful misconduct, personal injury, statutory consumer guarantees).

We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation 2016/679) and, where applicable, the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the French Loi Informatique et Libertés.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g. the CNIL in France, the ICO in the UK). Full details — including legal bases, retention periods, sub-processors, and how to exercise your rights — are in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms for technical, legal, or editorial reasons. Any material change will be notified at least 30 days in advance by email or via the web app.

Continuing to use the Service after the new version takes effect means you accept it. If you do not, you can delete your account from the profile page.

These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply in your country of residence. Failing amicable resolution within 60 days, any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts.

EU consumers may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform free of charge: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
